  1. Hal you have so much good advice. I currently price my product in the
    higher 10% I’m more expensive than 90% of the other guys. When I’m super
    busy in the summer I price my service really high and my close ratio drops
    dramatically.
    Currently in the winter time for avg size home i charge 165 for a one-time
    service. Or 125 initial 75 quarterly.
    They almost always go for the one time.
